Cloud Services

The cloud refers to a range of different computing concepts which involve a lot of computers connected through a real-time communication network such as the internet. Clod services are bt real server hardware, which is backed up by virtual hardware simulated by software running on one or more real machines. Put simply cloud services are services which provide a certain piece of software to all computers linked to that clod service. This is much more efficient as instead of all the software having to be downloaded to a compoter individually it can be downloaded to all computer connected to that clod service.

The “cloud” in cloud computing can be defined as the set of hardware, networks, storage, services, and interfaces that combine to deliver aspects of computing as a service. Cloud services include the delivery of software, infrastructure, and storage over the Internet (either as separate components or a complete platform) based on user demand.
